Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and professional Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing guidance and counseling to students regarding educational opportunities abroad. You will also be expected to stay updated with information related to various universities, colleges, and immigration matters, ensuring that clients receive accurate and timely information.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer guidance and counseling to students on educational opportunities abroad, ensuring they receive accurate and comprehensive information about universities, courses, and admission processes.
Regularly update yourself with the latest information regarding universities, colleges, and immigration policies abroad.
Provide clear and precise information to clients, answering their queries and addressing their concerns.
Prepare and execute plans and ideas based on marketing activities. Ensure active participation in promotional campaigns.
Make weekly reports on activities and provide feedback to the manager on the progress of counseling sessions and client satisfaction.
Attend meetings, workshops, and conferences both within the country and abroad to stay informed about the latest trends and opportunities in education.
Ensure that clients are satisfied with our services, providing follow-up support as needed.
Counsel students in a way that makes them feel comfortable and supported throughout the process.
