Job Description

Enhances the capacity and efficiency of the news and content production operations.
Devises and implements content strategy to increase the reach, impact, engagement, influence and trustworthiness of New Business Age and its platforms.
Represents NBA to the audience
Devices and implements plans, after getting necessary approvals, to introduce new media platforms harnessing new technologies.
Develops and successfully executes the annual, quarterly and monthly Editorial Department Plan in line with the company's annual plan.
Fosters Teamwork with NBA
Provide regular feedback to the Director Editorials and informs on the status of on-going and open key projects and any related issues.
Manages, trains/coaches motivates and supervises the members of the Editorial Team and continuously monitors individual and team performance.
