Job Description

  • Enhances the capacity and efficiency of the news and content production operations. 
  • Devises and implements content strategy to increase the reach, impact, engagement, influence and trustworthiness of New Business Age and its platforms.
  • Represents NBA to the audience
  • Devices and implements plans, after getting necessary approvals, to introduce new media platforms harnessing new technologies.
  • Develops and successfully executes the annual, quarterly and monthly Editorial Department Plan in line with the company's annual plan.
  • Fosters Teamwork with NBA
  • Provide regular feedback to the Director Editorials and informs on the status of on-going and open key projects and any related issues.
  • Manages, trains/coaches motivates and supervises the members of the Editorial Team and continuously monitors individual and team performance.
