Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven E-commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product listings, ensuring timely order fulfillment, coordinating promotions, and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings: Create/upload product pages with correct titles, descriptions, images, variants.
Update pricing, promotions, stock availability across ecommerce platforms.
Monitor daily operations of ecommerce site(s): orders, returns, cancellations
Ensure timely updates to site regarding launch of new products, campaigns, seasonal changes.
Assist with planning and executing online promotions, sales, discounts.
Prepare regular reports (daily / weekly / monthly) on performance and suggest improvements.
Assist in handling customer enquiries related to products, orders, complaints.
