Job Description

Felt and Yarn Pvt. Ltd. seeks a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Associate to manage and optimize our product listings across various e-commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will ensure product data is accurate, SEO-optimized and visually appealing.

Responsibilities:

List and update product details (pricing, SKU, inventory) on e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Presta).
Ensure consistency and accuracy of product listings, including writing compelling product descriptions.
Perform regular quality checks on product listings and resolve any errors.
Analyze sales and inventory data, providing actionable insights to optimize listings and improve sales performance.
Conduct keyword research for SEO optimization using tools like eRank, Google Trends, and competitor analysis.
Monitor product performance on e-commerce platforms and suggest improvements to increase traffic, sales, and conversions.

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, product management, or similar roles.
Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Etsy).
Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research tools (e.g., eRank, Google Keyword Planner).
Proficient in photo editing tools (e.g., Photoshop, Canva).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.
Analytical mindset with experience tracking sales data and performance metrics.
