Job Description

The ECA, Event and Skill Coordinator will be responsible for the planning, organization, and implementation of extra-curricular activities, school events and skill development workshop and classes. This role involves coordinating with students, teachers and external vendors to ensure successful execution of various programs that enhance the educational experience. The coordinator fosters student engagement, school spirit, and community involvement through diverse activities, events and workshops.

  • Proficiency in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Google Docs.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Understanding of student development and the role of extra-curricular activities in education.
  • Awareness of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices in education and event planning.

Experience:

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in coordinating extra-curricular activities, workshops and events, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Experience in project management, event planning, or youth program coordination.
  • Proven track record of successful event planning and execution.
