Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a dynamic and organized ECA Coordinator to plan, manage, and oversee extracurricular activities that support the holistic development of students and enhance their skills, creativity, leadership, and participation beyond the classroom. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young learners, strong organizational and communication skills, excellent student management abilities, and a passion for creating engaging co-curricular and extracurricular learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and coordinate daily morning assemblies, ensuring active student participation and development of communication skills.
Organize and oversee ECA/CCA programs in collaboration with school leadership, teachers, and clubs.
Encourage students to communicate effectively in English and participate actively in activities.
Prepare and implement ECA/CCA schedules, monitoring their effectiveness and outcomes.
Conduct regular meetings with ECA/CCA committees and clubs, maintaining proper records and reports.
Monitor student discipline, safety, and engagement during activities and events.
Coordinate student participation in interschool competitions, including selection, preparation, and supervision.
Maintain records of ECA/CCA activities, materials, and resources, ensuring their proper use and safekeeping.
Report facility issues and resource requirements to the concerned authorities.
Support school events and perform additional duties assigned by the school administration.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in coordinating extracurricular activities or school programs.
Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple activities and events effectively.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Nepali will be an added advantage.
Passion for student development and holistic education.
