We are currently seeking an ECA Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ECA Coordinator will be responsible for planning and organizing extracurricular activities to foster holistic student development. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for education and experience in event management.

Responsibilities:

Develop a comprehensive plan for extracurricular activities that align with the school's mission and goals.
Coordinate logistics, schedules, and resources for events such as arts, sports, and cultural programs.
Encourage student participation and monitor their progress in extracurricular activities.
Work with staff members to ensure adequate support and resources for extracurricular events.
Act as the point of contact for parents regarding their child's involvement in extracurricular activities.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Strong organizational skills and creativity to plan and execute various extracurricular activities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with students, staff, and parents.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and prioritize them effectively.
Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field.
Previous experience in event management is a plus.
