Nightingale ,In 2069 B.S., made a historic achievement which proved Nightingale to be one of the best schools in Nepal. Nightingale was honoured with a Regional Award from central development region on National Education Day which was presented to the Founder Principal Mr. T. L. Chaudhary by the Rt. Hon. Prime Minister Mr. Khil Raj Regmi.

In 2070 B.S., Nightingale made history as it was once again declared the “Best School” from the Central Development Region for the second time in a row. Nightingale was honoured with Secondary School Regional Shield, National Flag and a cash prize of Rs. 1,00,000/- by the Government of Nepal on the auspicious occasion of International Literacy Day-2014. On the basis of SLC results-2071, this school was also ranked 2nd among schools all over Nepal. This ranking is based on SLC results and total number of students sitting for SLC exams from the school.

Job Description

Writes and compiles individual assessments of each child's development; completes daily inventories, child attendance, and related reports
Participates in teaching undergraduate and graduate early childhood education labs, as appropriate
Participates in research programs concerned with improvements in early childhood teaching methods, as appropriate
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Provides activities and opportunities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and problem solving appropriate to the developmental levels and learning styles of children
