  • Experience: 5-7 years and above of experience as a secretary of a CEO/MD/ Chairman 
  • Master's degree in business or relevant fields. 
  • Excellent communication in English and Nepali 
  • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
  • Knowledge of Nepali typing skill
  • Proficiency in MS office 
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and handle pressure effectively.
  • Own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

Job Description

  • Serve as a liaison between the Chairman and clients, Chairman and employees, and other stakeholders
  • Manage the Chairman and do 80% of Chairman's job
  • Coordinate complex scheduling and extensive calendar management for Chairman, and follow up
  • Perform administrative and office support, such as contract drafting, typing, dictation, spreadsheet creation, printing, and maintenance of filing system and contact database as needed by Chairman.
  • Manage, coordinate, and arrange travel and travel-related activities, including hotel booking, transportation, and meal coordination for Chairman. 
  • Attend meetings, take notes and prepare minutes.
  • Handle expense reports, invoices and budget tracking.
  • Support special projects and handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
