Shift: Night Shifts (US Time) Monday to Friday 

Location: Kathmandu, Nepal

Key Responsibilities:

• Digital Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute impactful digital marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and drive business goals.
• Social Media Management: Craft and manage engaging content across multiple social media platforms, optimizing for audience engagement and growth.
• E-Commerce Management: Oversee and optimize e-commerce operations, from product listing enhancements to ensuring a seamless shopping experience.
• SEO Implementation: Utilize SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to our website.
• Creative Content Design: Leverage Canvas software to create stunning visuals, graphics, and promotional materials.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, social media performance, and SEO efforts, providing insights for continuous improvement.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in Digital Marketing: Proven track record of developing and managing successful digital marketing initiatives.
• Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and strategies for maximizing engagement and growth.
• E-Commerce & SEO Skills: Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and implementing effective SEO strategies.
• Proficiency in Canvas: Skilled in using Canvas software to design eye-catching and effective marketing materials.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, creative problem-solving, and analytical abilities.
• Night Shift Flexibility: Ability to work during night shifts, ensuring alignment with US business hours and maintaining productivity.

Other Specification:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically required. (Foreign Degree Candidate/s are Preferred) 
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Digital Marketing, Social Media, E-Commerce/SEO.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and other SEO tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
