Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

As a Search Engine Specialist the candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and managing company's overall SEO strategy. Candidate must support our US based client for web marketing, web analytics, content strategy planing, link building, and keyword strategy.

Develop new web applications as identified by supervisor and management through packaged and customized applications
Perform complete testing of Web applications A–unit and system, engaging users as necessary
Develop database-driven Web interfaces for rapid, real-time inormation sharing
Conducting keyword research to identify target keywords and phrases for optimization.
Optimizing website content and structure for search engines, including title tags, meta descriptions, and header tags.
Implementing on-page optimization techniques, such as internal linking and image optimization, to improve website ranking and visibility.
Monitoring and analyzing website performance data, including website traffic, search engine rankings, and conversion rates, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborating with e-commerce teams to develop and implement SEO strategies that align with overall business goals.
Staying up-to-date with the latest SEO best practices, algorithm updates, and industry trends.
Monitoring and addressing technical SEO issues, such as broken links, crawl errors, and site speed.
Tracking and reporting on the impact of SEO efforts, using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field is typically required.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of both on-page and off-page optimization techniques.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, etc. is essential. In addition, a strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is also required.
Ability to analyze website data, identify opportunities for improvement, and make data-driven decisions is critical.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are necessary for explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Must be able to adapt quickly and stay up-to-date with the latest best practices.

Offered financial and non-financial compensation for this job

Offered Salary:NRs. 40,000 - 50,000 Monthly
