Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and driven E-commerce Officer to oversee and lead our e-commerce operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strategic mindset and strong digital experience, capable of managing the online store, improving digital performance, and guiding the business toward growth.

The ideal candidate will be someone who can confidently lead the e-commerce team, work independently, and make informed decisions to support online sales and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Website Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of the e-commerce website.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, inventory, and visual content to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Coordinate with developers to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.

2. Team Leadership

  • Lead and support the e-commerce team, providing clear direction, setting priorities, and ensuring tasks are delivered efficiently.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, design, product, warehouse, and customer experience (CX) teams to ensure operational alignment and consistent digital messaging.
3. Plugin Integration & Technical Coordination

  • Test and implement plugins or tools to enhance website functionality.
  • Customize existing features to meet evolving business needs and ensure platform reliability.

4. SEO & Content Optimization

  • Manage and optimize website content, including product pages, banners, blogs, and promotions.
  • Implement effective SEO strategies to increase visibility and organic traffic.
  • Ensure content quality aligns with brand standards and enhances user engagement.
5. Digital Marketing Support

  • Execute online campaigns and seasonal promotions in coordination with the marketing team.
  • Track campaign performance using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and related tools.
  • Use data insights to adjust strategy and improve user acquisition and retention.

6. Sales Reporting & Analysis

  • Monitor sales trends, customer behavior, and website metrics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to inform strategic decision-making.

7. Inventory & Customer Experience Collaboration

  • Ensure accurate inventory updates in coordination with the warehouse team.
  • Provide performance insights and assist the CX team in addressing customer issues efficiently.
