Job Description

NepaCrafts is looking for an E-Commerce Manager who is self-motivated, but enjoys working in a collaborative team environment and is capable of juggling multiple responsibilites to improve profitability, efficiency and customer experience by managing E-Commerce sales strategy for ebay.com and Shopify NepaCrafts accounts.

He should develop processes to improve efficiency in ecommerce sales channels, onboarding new channels and processing channel orders like sellbrite (sellbrite.com) and inventory (inflow.com). Manage and lead eBay Channel and Shopify channels to develop the products and category marketing strategies in the U.S., Canada & European Markets to generate profitable annual growth. Leverage E-Commerce Channel behavior intelligence for NepaCrafts brand, shoppers and customers. Measure performance to drive net online sales, operating profit and market share of eBay and Shopify business. Other responsibilities includes:

  • E-commerce manager will oversee a team of designers and marketers and is responsible for all online activities 
  • Determining the website format and interacting with the web developers to design or make changes accordingly  
  • Organizing promotions, working with shipping companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, SKYNET, ARAMEX, DPEX) to reduce transportation costs and making advertising decisions
  • Web maintenance and troubleshooting for a website 
  • Identifying and evaluating new marketing opportunities to increase the website traffic and online sales  
  • Undertaking a research to understand the demographic targets, search engine traffic, social media buying, etc. 
  • Develop innovative online promotions that drive engagement and conversion 
  • Oversee all operations and business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission 
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and all round E-commerce businesses
  • Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing  team 
  • Establishing policies that promote company culture and vision 
  • Communicate a vision for the company and take steps to make it a reality 
  • Keep up with current trends in the E-commerce industry and apply modern business practices  
  • Maintain accurate communication with customers related to presales, sales and after sales service
