Job Description

The DCEO is a key member of the Senior Management Team, reporting to the Chief Executive Officer. He\she provides leadership, management and vision necessary to ensure that NBA has the proper operational controls, administrative and reporting procedures and people systems in place, to effectively grow the organization and ensure financial strength and operating efficiency.

 The COO assists the organization to successfully implement and execute long-term and short-term goals.
