Floorpix Hub Private Limited, a dynamic team of 30+ enthusiastic professionals, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drafter / Floorplanner to join our growing company. We specialize in a range of services including drafting, NEN calculations, photo and video editing, and digital restyling.

The ideal candidate will possess comprehensive knowledge of drafting principles and be highly proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp. Experience with Floorplanner software is a definite plus. Crucially, candidates who have experience with building scanning technology and the ability to draft from scanned data will be given high priority.

Key Responsibilities

As a Drafter, you will be essential in delivering high-quality visual and technical outputs:

• Project Leadership: Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Documentation: Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents with precision.
• Project Management: Manage project schedules and resources efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
• Team Coordination: Guide junior team members, contribute to team development, and coordinate effectively with senior team members.
• Quality & Deadline Management: Successfully handle multiple projects under tight deadlines without compromising on quality.
