We’re looking for a skilled back-end engineer to join our team of creators who consistently raise the bar on user experiences. Working behind the scenes, the ideal candidate has a unique blend of technical expertise and insatiable curiosity, with a methodical, analytical mindset. You should be comfortable working alongside a team and independently in the design and development of mission-critical applications, and layers of the infrastructure. Experience with .NET Core, EF Core 6, Linq, PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB, and AWS services like SNS, SQS, and Lambda is helpful to succeeding quickly in this role. Our back-end engineers have an immediate effect on our business success.

Objectives of this Role :

Regularly communicate with stakeholders, product leads, QA teams, and other engineers regarding progress on the long-term technology roadmap
Develop new features and infrastructure development in support of rapidly emerging business and project requirements
Assume leadership of new projects from conceptualization to deployment
Ensure application performance, uptime, and scale, maintaining high standards of code quality and thoughtful application design
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements
Maintain code and write automated tests to ensure the product is of the highest quality

Responsibilities :

Participate in all aspects of agile software development including design, implementation, and deployment
Write code and tests, build prototypes, solve issues, profile and analyze bottlenecks
Work primarily in .NET Core stack
Collaborate with front designers and front-end engineers as we create reliable APIs
Collaborate via Google chat, GitLab comments, documents, and video conferences
Optimization of APIs for performance, scalability, and stability

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

Computer science degree or equivalent
Excellent foundation in computer science, algorithms
Experience writing highly secure web applications
Growth mindset, challenging the status quo to find new solutions and out-of-the-box ideas

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with core AWS web-enabling technologies
Experience developing web applications using React.js
Experience leading a team
Experience of 3+ years of related work
