Job Description

We are looking for Documentation Specialists with strong proficiency in Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, and Word to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will have the ability to create, manage, and update technical documentation, reports, and presentations, while utilizing advanced skills in graphic design tools (such as Photoshop) and document processing software (Excel and Word). You will work closely with various teams to ensure high-quality, accurate, and visually appealing documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain user manuals, technical documents, guides, and other written content.
  • Design and edit graphics, diagrams, and other visual assets using Photoshop to enhance the quality and clarity of documentation.
  • Organize and format reports, presentations, and other documents in Word and Excel.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date.
  • Assist in creating templates for internal and external use.
  • Review and edit documentation for consistency, grammar, and formatting.
  • Maintain version control of documentation files.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
