Job Description

The Documentation and Reporting Officer will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and reporting programmatic and operational data to support effective planning, decision-making, and compliance. This role ensures the accuracy and consistency of documentation and promotes the use of data-driven insights to improve performance and accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and compile project data, reports, and other relevant documentation from various departments and field teams.
  • Prepare high-quality monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain a centralized system for organizing and storing program and operational documentation.
  • Assist in the development and formatting of success stories, case studies, and best practices.
  • Ensure reports and documentation meet donor and organizational compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with program teams to gather accurate, up-to-date content and visual materials.
  • Ensure the confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive data and information.
  • Contribute to proposal development and donor reporting as needed.
