Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Primarily provide assistance in completing various online visa application
Ensure that records and documents are categorized and recorded efficiently
Provide proper counseling to the clients for facilitating documentation regarding their visa applications
Collaborate closely with clients, our solicitor's office in the UK, and administrative staff for an efficient exchange of documents and information mainly through emails.
Thoroughly Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.

Working Hours: 10 AM - 4:30 PM

We require a Junior counselor to provide necessary visa assistance to the following countries: UK (primary focus), Australia Canada and Europe (NOT student visas)

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Must have Bachelors or equivalent degree.
Applicants with around 1 year or more experience in the related field would be prioritized.
Good command in Written and Verbal English, counseling and interpersonal skills is a must
Document management, record keeping and application assistance primarily related to online applications.
Required to atleast have Good typing skills and adequate knowledge in using MS Office tools
Efficient and adept in writing emails to clients and colleagues
Analytical and Problem solving skills.
