Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintenance of reports and other relevant documents
Preparation and verification of documents
Responsible for office clerical duties and to maintain office correspondence
Liable to draft documents, filing and data entry
Maintain communication and coordination with insiders and outsiders
Perform both office and field work for relevant correspondence
Other duties are as assigned by senior executives
Record Keeping
Maintain Journal Petty Cash
Having working knowledge of Tally(accounting software) and Microsoft excel and word
Should maintain the integrity of working documents and update documentation when revised
