Qualification and Experience : 

• Master Degree in social science or equivalent with minimum three years’ experience in documentation

Job Description : 

• The Documentation Officer is responsible to ensure the validity and reliability of human rights violation or abuse data sent by INSEC District representatives
• Similarly, s/he should have to demonstrate the skills and knowledge for editing the news and related documents.
• Documentation officer under the supervision of INSEC's Provincial Coordinator and Documentation Department of central office will ensure proper documentation of the data and conduct the follow-up
• S/he should be easy going and willing to work under time pressure
• The Documentation Officer must have fundamental knowledge on human rights, law, and social justice
