Qualification and Experience: 

• Masters Degree in English, Human Rights, Law, journalism or equivalent with minimum three years’ experience in documentation in English language

Job Description : 

• The Documentation Officer is responsible to ensure the validity and reliability of human rights violation or abuse data or cases sent by INSEC Provincial Offices
• Similarly, s/he should have to demonstrate the skills and knowledge for editing the content to publish the Nepal Human Rights Year Book
• Documentation officer under the supervision of INSEC's Documentation Department Chief of central office will ensure proper documentation of data and reports in English language
• S/he should be easy going and willing to work under time pressure
• The Documentation Officer must have fundamental knowledge on The Constitution of Nepal, human rights, law, and social justice
