Job Specification

  • Should have good attitude
  • Should be outspoken, flexible on time, cooperative and trustworthy
  • Should possess good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Should have effective convincing & negotiation skill
  • Should be able to work on deadlines
  • Should be able to work in a Team 

Educational Qualification:

  • At least intermediate level completed, however, Bachelor’s Degree running may apply
  • At least one-year experience in related field

Job Description

  • Maintain documents of clients and candidates for record and ensure all the details are updated in timely basis 
  • Prepare invoice, coordinate to collect payments, issue receipts and report to the Finance Department
  • Maintain high level of standard in customer services and ensure all queries/services of clients are handled efficiently
  • Build successful relationships with Client and ensure the deliverance of good customer services regarding the services
  • Assist in clerical work such as preparing documents, printing, assessments etc.
  • Coordinate with Clients for all the payment in timely basis
  • Perform all the activities as assigned by the concerned authority

  • Gross salary of NRs 15,000.00 + attractive incentives
