We are a leading education consultancy firm committed to helping students achieve their academic and career goals by providing expert guidance on study abroad opportunities. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Documentation Officer to join our dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities:

Assist students with the collection and preparation of required academic and financial documents for university admissions and visa applications.
Ensure all documents are accurate, complete, and compliant with the specific requirements of each destination country (e.g., UK, USA, Canada, Australia).
Review, verify, and maintain up-to-date student files and records.
Coordinate with admission officers and embassies regarding application status and documentation updates.
Prepare and organize application packages for timely submissions.
Provide administrative support related to admissions and visa processing.
Keep track of changing visa regulations and university documentation requirements.
Ensure confidentiality and security of student data and sensitive information.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Education, or related field.
At least 1–2 years of experience in an education consultancy or similar role.
Strong knowledge of student visa processes and international university requirements.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); CRM knowledge will highly be preferable
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
