Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee and direct daily company administrative processes and procedures
Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
Updating office policies and procedures
Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
Preparing financial statements, memos, invoices letters, and other documents
Accurately recording minutes from meetings
Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed

Note: Candidates who have work experience in manpower are preferred.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

+2 pass degree. Bachelor's degree preferred.
Ability to organize a daily workload by priorities
Advanced English and Nepali speaking and typing skills.
Advanced level proficiency in computer applications.
Long-term commitment to the role.

Note :

Travel and lunch allowances are provided by the company during official trips
Willingness to travel outside the Kathmandu Valley.
