Job Description

Manjushree Overseas Service is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Documentation Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling and managing all documentation processes related to overseas recruitment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage documents related to international recruitment processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents to concerned authorities.
  • Maintain records and databases of client and employee documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, embassies, and other regulatory bodies for document verification and approval.
  • Track and manage documentation deadlines to ensure compliance.
  • Assist in resolving discrepancies and queries related to documentation.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding documentation status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to streamline documentation workflows.
