  • Minimum of Plus Two (12th grade) pass or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with scanning, printing, and basic office equipment preferred.
  • Knowledge of MS Excel for basic data entry and organization.


  • Duty : 9:30 am-5:30 pm
  • Preference will be given to candidates having bike/scooter license.

Job Description

  • Maintain and organize documentation systems efficiently.
  • Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of documents.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, filing, and distributing.
  • Assist in scanning, printing, and photocopying documents as needed.
  • Manage electronic and physical filing systems.
  • Retrieve documents and information upon request.
  • Support administrative tasks related to documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain document consistency and accessibility.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
