Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with scanning, printing, and basic office equipment preferred.

Preference will be given to candidates having bike/scooter license.

Job Description

Maintain and organize documentation systems efficiently.
Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of documents.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, filing, and distributing.
Assist in scanning, printing, and photocopying documents as needed.
Manage electronic and physical filing systems.
Retrieve documents and information upon request.
Support administrative tasks related to documentation.
Collaborate with team members to maintain document consistency and accessibility.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
