Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Carry out data entry activities of trainees for easy retrieval of information as and when required
Proper maintenance of documents in hardcopy and softcopy as well and ensure its security for easy retrieval of the required documents as and when required
Update the software with details of trainee and prepare report as well
Maintain the inventory level of the organization and coordinate with the concerned authority for its placement as and when required
Maintain individual files, checklist, update and scan the documents
Correspond with the concerned personnel for further processing of the official obligations
Sort the official emails and respond it on their priority basis
Prepare reports and forward to concerned authority
Supervise and maintain the office inventory level and correspond with the authority for its placement when required

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelors degree in Management or other field
Computer proficiency with high level of familiarity with MS Word, Excel, Photoshop.
Ability to work under pressure
Data entry and organization skills
Proper communication skills
Must have good command in written as well as spoken- English and Nepali languages
