Job Description

Assist the students and parents from the first, application process to till VISA processing
Respond to queries related to documents and provide proper guidance to the students/parents and clients.
Counseling the students/parents whoever arrive with inquiries
Guide students through an interview process
Stay in regular contact with prospective/interested students to ensure conversion into an applicants
Ensure all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations
Monitor the process of documents and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with other departments for document requirements and to understand the current update of each student.
Should possess excellent interpersonal and English writing skills
Time management and ability to work in a team environment
