Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are looking for a documentation officer with good knowledge of ms office/ basic photoshop.

Duties and Responsibilities :

Initial data entry (Basic excel)
Basic photoshop
MS office
Assist the Counselor or Team Leader with applications, documentation
Co-ordinate with the students for facilitating documentation and visa application
Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity
Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required
Guide the students with visa interview preparation
Guide the students for pre-departure information

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Minimum +2 level completed
6 months of work experience as a documentation officer or in a related field
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Good communication skill and appealing appearance
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management skills
Experience with administrative and clerical procedures
