In these years we have grown to ten centers across the country and an onshore center in Sydney Australia. We are today the largest study abroad and test preparation center in Nepal touching and changing the lives of over ten thousand students annually.

We have been an AIRC certified company for more than a decade. Alfa Beta is the largest English testing center for Pearson, TOEFL and IDP IELTS (through our sister concern Deeya Management & Consulting Services) in Nepal and tests over 1,00,000 students annually. Alfa Beta was awarded by IDP IELTS as “Nepal’s No.1 Business Partner” for seven consecutive years from 2017 to 2023.

Job Description

  • Involving in the documentation process of different destinations 
  • Online visa lodgment of student visa subclass 500/ IMMI portal handling and visa lodgment
  • Assisting in developing database of students, templates for emails/ checklist of students, flowchart on admission process
  • Updating team on universities fees, courses, etc, streamlining students recruitment process, use of online portal, applications sent
  • Guiding team on financial planning, funds and checklists after offer letters, creating HAP ID, completing forms like 956A, finalizing SOP with DIBP guidelines
  • Placing in the applications to different institutions
  • Communicating via mail with representative agents in regards to the application of students
  • Suggesting students to make NOC and do medical on time
  • Recording student information in Google spreadsheet and excel for the reference of the company
