  • Bilingual typing will be an asset (ie, Nepali and English typing)
  • Have had experience with high volume of work.

Job Overview

Documentation Officer is responsible for the provision of documentation, production, configuration, management delivery, client support. The position maintains and monitors documentation compliance requirements to organization standards.

Job Responsibilities 

  • Responsible for office clerical duties and to maintain office correspondence.
  • Liable to draft documents, filing and data entry. 
  • Check the documents in detail for accuracy and authenticity.
  • Be responsible for proper storage of the documents, cataloging and retrieving as required.
  • Be responsible for the document’s security, for assigning access and for removing and destroying obsolete documents.
  • Maintain communication and coordination with employees and candidate.
  • Other duties are as assigned by senior executives

Skills Required: 

  • Verbal and Written Communication
  • Intermediate Computer Skill
  • Knowledge of MS office
