1. Documentation Management: 

  • Receive candidate documents promptly and ensure they meet quality standards. 
  • Create effective CVs by gathering accurate information from candidates. 
  • Organize and maintain accurate records of client and candidate information. 
  • Ensure all documentation adheres to the company documentation policy. 

2. Recruitment Coordination: 

  • Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates and scheduling interviews. 
  • Collaborate with team members to match candidates with suitable job opportunities. 
  • Conduct mock interviews and feedback sessions to boost candidates' confidence and readiness. 
  • Provide guidance and advice to candidates throughout the application and interview process. 

3. Marketing and Sourcing: 

  • Collaborate with teams to source and attract high-quality candidates. 
  • Develop and implement innovative strategies to meet recruitment demands within specified timeframes. 
  • Explore new areas, platforms, and partnerships for candidate sourcing, optimizing reach and efficiency. 
  • Assist in creating engaging job advertisements and branding.
