Job Description

  • Responsible for data entry of seminars, training and workshops, compile routine data on prescribed format and submit reports to supervisor
  • Ensure safe storage of all data following standard ethics of confidentiality, and make data available to when needed by concerned authority
  • Maintain formal documentation and database records according to agreed standards
  • Write case studies /success stories and submit regularly, based on a field visit
  • Analyze reports, monitoring and help to program manager findings to improve program performance
  • Regular collection and review of progress reports submitted by concerned stakeholders
  • Support to the program manager for preparation of field trip reports, monthly work plans, and other key documents
  • Assist to prepare quarterly progress report, annual progress report and other reporting requirements
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the project management unit as per the need of the project
