Roles and responsibilities of this job

Major Responsibilities:

The Documentation & Research Associate will be responsible to act as a focal person for the projects and assignments related to the research activities, documentation and communication materials comprehensively with the following responsibilities;

Ensure proper documentation of the project and communication materials.
Perform research activities related to project implementation of audiovisual project.
Prepare PowerPoint presentation and minutes of the meetings and presentation of project implementation idea.
Production of periodic reports, drafting final reports and reporting as guided by.
Assist Line Manager through research activities, document collection, and concept notes and proposals first draft in requirements.
Ensure effective communications with the focal persons of the projects assigned.
Perform any other duties assigned by and need according to the job description.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences, Mass Communication or related discipline having strong communication skills with strong command in English Nepali language vice versa.
Can demonstrate excellent writing, editing, and translating English-Nepali documents.
Knowledge of handling digital media operation with strategic ideas in posting content in social sites.
Having intercultural knowledge toward, gender, religion, race, nationality, and age sensitivity and adaptability.
Knowledge of development sector issues, development projects, and deliverables ideas related to Governmental and Non-Government agencies.
