Roles and responsibilities of this job

Correspondence with foreign clients
Handling official mails
Prepare, scan and send different documents to foreign clients through mail
Keep the records of the documents and relevant information
Prepare upto date record of the workers employed in foreign companies
Co ordinates between different departments
Reports to the concerned authorities daily

Minimum Bachelor's Degree
At least 2 years of relevant work experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and correspondence skills
