  • Bachelor’s Degree in any field (Preferred -Software Engineering, Computer science, Information Management or equivalent)
  • Must in MS-Excel.MS-Access Database
  • Technical Knowledge regarding reporting and command prompt queries
  • Good in word and other office package
  • Basic Networking Knowledge
  • Team Lead, Teamwork and Project management skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good interpersonal communications skills and presentation skills (both in English & Nepali)

Job Description

  • Report the performance of the other project staff
  • Data validating and quality checking
  • Schedule work hours and shifts and coordinating job rotation and cross-training 
  • Identify and resolve workplace problems, including tardiness or absenteeism
  • Provide the training and guidance of process technics and optimizations to workers
  • Help the team understand performance targets and goals and operationally work with the team to accomplish the project goals
  • Provide real-time feedback on worker performance
  • Share company updates, financial results, and new objectives with team members
  • Submit comprehensive report to BPO head every end of the month
  • Maintain day-to-day project expenses and timely coordinating with the head office to collect necessary goods to run project smoothly
  • Manage project within in allocated budget
  • Maintain safe and healthy work environment by enforcing organization standards, adhering to legal regulations
  • Communicate with customer for operation level requirement
  • Provide daily reports and activity updates to Head of BPO
  • Resolve emergencies such as a quality or a customer problem
  • Provide support to sales department for project costing and schedules Along with Head of BPO
  • Supervise staff planning in coordination with Head of BPO
  • Travel Outside the valley according to the project requirements
