Summary of Job Purpose: This position will be responsible for Support with classifying, producing short summaries and uploading documents and other knowledge products to the Suaahara II knowledge management platform; support with any other relevant tasks related to knowledge management and documentation of the Suaahara II project including branding check and content creation’ and; support with Suaahara project related systems and application documentation
Educational qualifications and experiences: Minimum Bachelor’s degree; Ability to document work, produce summary including document metadata; Good oral and written English language skills; Technical skills: good knowledge of using computers with fluent in typing, good understanding of Microsoft Office 365 package and basic multimedia editing skills; prior knowledge of working with research and program operation documents; and prior knowledge of working on Microsoft OneDrive or SharePoint platform
