Position: HDM (Division Manager)

Industry: Construction or related industry like cement, ceramics, paints, steel, electrical equipment, and more.

Experience: 10+ Years

Education: Engineering

Location: Nepal

Budget: 12 Per Annum + Bonus

• Min of 3-5 years in a senior, people leading position in Construction or related Industry, preferable ASM (Area Sales Manager level), overall should have over 10 + Years of Experience in construction / related industry.
• Proven track record in people development and achieving results, having experience in leading complete P&L of an assigned geography.
• Leadership experience (leading, steering and coaching of Team).
• Strong in Project Management.
• Structured and process orientation to work.
• Basic background in Finance Management.
• Experience in initiating and implementing Change Management.
• Compulsory 2-Wheeler Vehicle and License; Preferable 4-Wheeler license.

Requirements and prerequisites: 

• Driving license
• Engineering education
• ⁠Sales direct selling experience (5-6) years
• Handled team and worked in a team.
