The candidate for this position will be based in CVSWDC, Kailali, partner organization of Nagarik Aawaz and expected to perform following tasks:

Ensure effective management and implementation of programs, initiatives and activities.
Correspond and communicate with the related stakeholders, partners, networks, organizations and individuals as per need.
Represent organization in relevant meetings/ workshops.
Design, monitor and evaluate programs and initiatives of organization.
Design and facilitate the workshops/trainings in relation to the program implementation.
Prepare related reports for organizational documentation and reference.
Conduct formal and community programs/events of organization as and when required.
Work closely with District Coordinator in planning and making necessary arrangements of the programs.

Minimum required qualification: Bachelors degree social science with two years of work experience.

Duration: Initially for two year.
