Job Description

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in development and project management most preferably technical experience in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET)
  • Excellent knowledge of basic computer programs (Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good understanding of gender equality and social inclusion (GESI)
  • Strong implementation and reporting skills on donor funded development program
  • Should have sound knowledge of project implementation, organization and coordination

Other areas to be looked at:

  • Strong communication skills, verbal and written in English and Nepali
  • Willingness to work closely in team settings and grass root level community
  • Honesty, proactive, professional attitude and independent working style
  • Comfort, efficiency and adaptable in a diverse work environment
  • Ability to take multitask at a time
  • Ability to travel when require frequently

Salary: As per company Policy
Duty station: State-2 & State-5
