Job Description

Contract Period: Initially one year with the possibility of extension
Reports to: Executive Director, Project Team Leader, and Assigned Line Manager

The position holder will be responsible for the following:

Lead a team of Agriculture Technicians/officers and Social Mobilizers in carrying out day-to-day activities in the project areas.
Provide technical backstopping to the beneficiary groups.
Maintain coordination with local units and relevant stakeholders.
Facilitate workshops and training as per the planned activity guideline.
Oversee overall site activities.
Ensure a healthy work environment for the project team.
Preparation and Submission of reports as and when required.
Management of activity budget allocated for the project year.
Management of Human resources and maintenance of HR records of the respective field.
Maintenance and Documentation of record books and other project files in the field.
Other duties as required by the supervisor.
