Job Description

Contract Period: Initially one year with possibility of extension
Reports to: Executive Director, Project Team Leader and Assigned Line Manager

The position holder will be responsible for the following:

Lead a team of Agriculture Technicians/Officer and Social Mobilizers in carrying out day to day activities in the project areas
Provide technical backstopping to the beneficiary groups
Maintain coordination with local units and relevant stakeholders
Facilitate workshops and training as per the planned activity guideline
Oversee overall site activities
Ensure healthy work environment for the project team
Preparation and Submission of reports as an when required
Management of activity budget allocated for the project year
Management of Human Resource and maintenance of HR Record of the respective field
Maintenance and Documentation of record books and other project files in the field
Other duties as required by the supervisor
