The candidate for this position will be based in Nawalpur and expected to perform following tasks:

  • Responsible for overall administrative and financial management, budget planning, implementation of organizational policies and procedures and day to day financial transaction of the program.
  • Skill and knowledge in preparing journal voucher, control ledger, bank reconciliation and other related financial reports as per the requirement of the donor.
  • Good written and verbal communication in English and Nepali.
  • Skilled on computer applications (Excel and other Financial Software)
  • Sound knowledge on current tax policy of Nepal.
  • Maintain good working relationship with the vendors, banks, program colleagues and other related stakeholders for smooth functioning.
  • Asset management, procurement, inventory management and other administrative work as per requirement.

Minimum required qualification:

  • Bachelors degree in related field with two years of work experience. 


  • Initially for one year with the possibility of extension.
