Job Description

Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods as per schedule.
Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
Coordinate with transport service providers to arrange vehicles for dispatch.
Oversee loading operations and ensure proper handling of materials.
Ensure safety protocols are followed during loading and unloading.
Maintain accurate records of dispatch orders, invoices, and transport details.
Work closely with sales, production, and warehouse teams for smooth dispatch execution.
Supervise and assign duties to the dispatch team, including drivers and loading staff.
Provide guidance and training to improve efficiency and performance.
Address workforce issues and ensure adherence to company policies.
