Experience and Qualification:

Bachelor degree in related field with prior experience
Should be able to plan, coordinate and execute processes
Must be able to work under pressure
Team player with excellent communication and negotiating skills
Must have an attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Good knowledge of inventory and planning in a complex fast-moving organization
Ability to establish and maintain interpersonal relationships and maintain them on the short medium and long term
Proven ability of handling cost effective logistics planning, transportation management

Job Description

Ability to work closely with supply chain personnel to ensure timely arrival of goods
Responsible for transportation and handle dispatch of the finished goods as per the schedule
Handle import and export documentations and maintain database (billing and invoicing)
Follow up with customers, vendors and other service provider to ensure timely collection of payments and on time delivery
Inventory management
Generate weekly and monthly status reports to management
Coordinate with sales team for order plan and logistics for material movement
Assist in day-to-day supply chain activities
Handle shipping/ logistics department with loading/unloading and warehouse management and with transportation companies
Able to maintain delivery quality, fleet quality control
Prepare daily Dispatch reports
Enter data in computer system and maintain logs and records of calls, activities and other information
