Job Description

  • Develop plans and set objective driven task assignment
  • Schedule and track outbound shipments
  • Plan and coordinate with relevant courier companies and internal delivery team for necessary shipping method
  • Create policies or procedures
  • Maintain performance metrics, reports, process documentation, and customer service logs
  • Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues

Job Hours: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
