• Oversee overall management of programs, develop projects and reports, build partnership and lead the fundraising
• Must have knowledge and experience of financial management and leading team of multiple staffs
  
• Ability to lead large number of volunteers, staffs as well as work independently 
  
• Director of Program must also have extensive knowledge and understanding of Human Rights and sociopolitical context, especially relating to inequality, discrimination and youth movement in Nepal
  

Qualification:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience with Bachelors or Masters with 3 years’ experience in the relevant post at similar level

Note: All the positions are for 1 year, with the possibility of extension depending on funding availability and performance
