Agram is hiring Director, Sales Marketing and Operations, this role sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, strategy, and operations. Agram team is fast-paced and working under a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on strategic marketing experience and good understanding of software/technology sales. The role requires the person to a creative thinker and storyteller creating unique attention-grabbing content and material for industries that you are targeting as potential customer. You will have strong analytical acumen and can identify product gaps in the market segment. You will take new solutions to consumer through direct marketing, events, social media and other sales channel.

Our ideal candidate is creative, positive, able to work well individually and within a team, able to adapt to working in a fast-paced environment while delivering multiple projects on schedule, on budget, and with no errors. You will work closely with CEO of Agram Infotech and the core team and contribute to the growth of the company.

Education and Experience

  • MBA with 5 to 10 years of experience in Marketing, Sales and Operations.

  • Project and track sales pipeline to closure
  • Strong management capabilities including planning, managing, and scheduling
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer interaction skills to include communications, presentation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication.

Technical Skills

  • Thorough knowledge of MS-Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access) and Google suite

Job Description

Your Duties & Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to the Following:

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Be the strategic lead for identifying the market segment for each of our products
  • Support the organization with persuasive sales enablement materials (e.g. audio, video and industry-specific materials, productbrochure, webinars, case studies) and overall marketing support (e.g. whitepapers, blog posts, infographics)
  • Manage marketing budget & measure ROI
  • Project sales pipeline for next year and manage levers to control the sales pipeline
  • Manage customer relations and the CRM tool to keep track of all customer interactions and opportunities.  
  • Opportunity Management, Deal Management, Sales and Marketing management. 
  • Respond to Request for proposals (RFP)/Request for Information (RFI) and leverage technical leadership team to create outstanding response.  
  • Partner with Agram’s Products development leadership to develop compelling narratives and other marketing assets
  • Identify Product/Features that market is interested in and liaison with Product development team. 
  • Represent Agram as a spokesperson of the organization internally and externally
  • Startup and entrepreneurial mind set will be needed to succeed in this role

Supervisory Responsibilities

  • This role comes with a hiring responsibility, Responsible for building a strong ground up team. 

Operations:

  • The role will be tied to P/L and it is expected to have an oversight on smooth functioning and delivery
  • Assist CEO with the operational efficiency
  • Participate in new product ideation and bring in the market, sales, and feasibility perspective to existing and new products

Position Details:

  • This position is in office and full-time.
  • Coverage of local office hours and occasional US, Eastern time zone coverage may be required
  • The work location is in Pani Tanki, Birgunj-8, Nepal
